LSCW 2021

CCSI successfully conducted the 15th edition of the Leadership in Strategic Communication Workshop (LSCW), which took place from the 3rd – 15th October 2021 at Goshen Guest House- Keffi- Abuja Road, with the theme Reboot, Re-ignite your spark. The workshop theme was designed to inspire people and reignite their spark post COVID 19 effects, with the goal of building resilience at individual and organizational level leading to transformation. This was yet another life changing experience for the faculty and the 33 participants drawn from various organizations including: Breakthrough Action Kenya, Breakthrough Action Nigeria, ARDA Development Communication Inc., PanAfricare – Nigeria, Dangote Foundation, Marie Stopes International and the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC). The diversity in the organizations and individual experiences and specialties created an environment where learning happened organically between participants and the faculty team. Participants were able to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn with an open mind. The workshop also engaged the participants in various mindset challenging and changing activities to get them on a journey of exploring their potential beyond imagination. The feedback received about LSCW 2021, shows that it was a memorable experience for all participants.
